I5 Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the i5 Malaysia platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and i5 Malaysia ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the i5 Malaysia platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. 2Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use the i5 Malaysia platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Not residing in a country or territory that legally restricts online gambling activities
• Not currently prohibited from using i5 Malaysia's services for any reason
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, email address, and valid payment details. i5 Malaysia reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to pass KYC verification may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on the i5 Malaysia platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts along with any balances held within them.

3Account Rules

As an i5 Malaysia account holder, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, and any changes to your account information.

• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone
• You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
• It is strictly prohibited to transfer, sell or give your account to any other party
• The use of automation software, bots or specific systems to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited
• Any attempt to hack, alter, or manipulate the platform is a serious offence

I5 Malaysia reserves the right to suspend an account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity or a breach of these Terms is detected. During the investigation period, withdrawals and wagering may be temporarily restricted until the investigation is concluded.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (wagering turnover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted

The total liability of i5 Malaysia to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction where i5 Malaysia is licensed and operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
